02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp kosher salt
04 - ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
05 - ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

→ Garlic-Butter Sauce

06 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
07 - 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
08 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 1 tsp lemon juice

# How To Make:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
02 - In a bowl, toss steak cubes with olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
03 - Place steak pieces in a single layer within the air fryer basket.
04 - Cook for 4 to 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until desired doneness is achieved (medium-rare at 4 minutes; medium at 6 minutes).
05 - While steak cooks, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
06 - Immediately after cooking, transfer steak bites to a bowl and toss thoroughly with the garlic-butter sauce.
07 - Serve hot, optionally garnished with additional parsley.

# Cooking Tips:

01 -
  • Ready in under 20 minutes, making it perfect for busy weeknights or last-minute guests.
  • The air fryer gives you a beautiful sear without heating up the whole kitchen.
  • That garlic butter clings to every bite and makes even a modest cut of steak taste indulgent.
02 -
  • Don't skip preheating the air fryer—it makes the difference between a sear and a sad, gray cube.
  • Toss the steak in the garlic butter while it's still piping hot so the butter melts into every crevice.
  • If you prefer your steak more well-done, add another minute or two, but watch closely so it doesn't dry out.
03 -
  • For even more flavor, marinate the steak cubes in olive oil, garlic, and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Use a meat thermometer if you're unsure—125°F is medium-rare, 135°F is medium.
  • Don't toss the steak in the butter too early or it will pool at the bottom of the bowl instead of coating the meat.
