# How To Make:

- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.

- Set up three shallow dishes: place flour in the first, beat eggs with milk in the second, and place breadcrumbs in the third.
- Dredge each cutlet in flour, shaking off excess, dip into the egg mixture, then press evenly into breadcrumbs to fully coat.
- Lightly spray both sides of each breaded cutlet with oil spray to promote crispiness.
- Place cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
- Cook at 400°F for 6 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip cutlets, spray again if needed, and air fry for an additional 5 to 6 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
