# What You Need:

→ Candied Oranges

01 - 2 medium oranges, thinly sliced
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 cup water

→ Yogurt Layer

04 - 2 cups Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
05 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Granola Crunch

07 - 1.5 cups granola, store-bought or homemade
08 - 0.25 cup chopped toasted almonds

→ Garnish

09 - Fresh mint leaves

# How To Make:

01 - In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves completely.
02 - Add orange slices in a single layer to the simmering syrup. Simmer gently for 12 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until rinds become translucent.
03 - Transfer orange slices carefully to a parchment-lined tray using a slotted spoon. Allow to cool completely for approximately 10 minutes.
04 - In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
05 - Spoon a layer of yogurt mixture into the bottom of each parfait glass or jar, distributing evenly among servings.
06 - Add a layer of granola followed by several pieces of candied orange. Repeat layering pattern, alternating between yogurt, granola, and candied orange.
07 - Top each parfait with a final layer of yogurt. Arrange candied orange slices on top, sprinkle with additional granola and toasted almonds. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
08 - Serve immediately to maintain maximum crunch, or refrigerate up to 1 hour before serving.
