05 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

# Cooking Tips:

01 -
  • They are ridiculously simple to make but taste like something from an expensive health cafe
  • The combination of spices actually wakes you up without caffeine or sugar crashes
02 -
  • Fresh turmeric stains everything including countertops and fingers. Work quickly and wipe surfaces immediately.
  • The dough needs to be sticky enough to hold shape. If it feels too dry, the dates were probably not soft enough.
03 -
  • Double the batch because one never lasts. The food processor work is already done.
  • Use a cookie scoop for uniform size. They look professional and cook evenly if you ever decide to bake variation.
