This cheese cube board has become my go-to appetizer for holiday parties because it combines visual appeal with delicious flavors that everyone enjoys.

Ingredients

  • Gold Cheeses: 150 g aged Gouda cut into cubes, 150 g cheddar (medium or aged) cut into cubes
  • Silver Cheeses: 150 g manchego cut into cubes, 150 g goat cheese rolled into small balls or cut into cubes, 100 g Camembert or Brie cut into small wedges (optional silver leaf for decoration, food-grade)
  • Fruits: 1 cup green grapes, 1 cup golden raisins, 1 pear sliced
  • Nuts & Accents: 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, 1/2 cup roasted almonds, Edible gold and silver leaf (optional for decoration), Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs for garnish
  • Crackers & Accompaniments: 1 cup assorted gluten-free crackers, 1/2 cup honey or fig jam (optional)

Instructions
