Ingredients
- Bread & Dairy: 4 slices sourdough bread 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
- Meats: 120 g (4 oz) sliced cooked turkey breast

Instructions
- Step 1:
- Lay out the bread slices. If desired spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on one side of each slice.
- Step 2:

- Step 3:

- Heat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Step 5:
- Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 34 minutes per side pressing gently until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
