# What You Need:
→ Steak & Marinade
01 - 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
→ Aromatics & Herbs
06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
→ Optional Garnish
10 - Lemon wedges, for serving
# How To Make:
01 - In a mixing bowl, combine sirloin cubes with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss thoroughly and allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
03 - Add steak cubes in a single layer to the skillet, cooking in batches if necessary to prevent overcrowding. Sear for 2–3 minutes without stirring, then flip and cook an additional 2 minutes until browned and just cooked through.
04 - Reduce heat to medium. Push steak bites to one side of the pan and add unsalted butter and minced garlic. Stir until garlic becomes fragrant, about 30 seconds.
05 - Toss steak bites with melted garlic butter and sprinkle evenly with fresh parsley and thyme.
06 - Transfer steak bites to a serving platter and garnish with lemon wedges if desired. Serve immediately.
