# What You Need:

# How To Make:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
02 - In a large bowl, blend sugar and oil until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
03 - Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. The dough will be sticky.
04 - Cover and refrigerate dough for at least 2 hours until firm enough to handle.
05 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
06 - Place powdered sugar in a shallow dish. Scoop dough by tablespoonfuls and roll into 1-inch diameter balls.
07 - Roll each dough ball generously in powdered sugar until completely coated.
08 - Place cookies 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.
