  • Assembly: 1 large foam or cardboard cone (about 12 14 inches tall) food-safe or wrapped in parchment, Toothpicks

Instructions

Prepare the icing:
In a bowl, mix powdered sugar with milk, adding milk gradually, until a thick but pourable glaze forms. Divide into small bowls and tint each with desired food coloring.
Decorate donuts:

Assemble tower:
